At Croasdaile Village we focus on an environment of wellness and independence, providing the optimal services for you at every step of your retirement.

If at some point, you are still independent, but find you need staff support on a regular basis, our Heritage Hall residence building offers residents additional comforts and services with personal assistants available in that building around the clock.

Friendship House is a licensed Assisted Living residence hall. The Assisted Living staff there can assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication management while also offering Life Enrichment programs catered to the residents' needs and enjoyment.

The Pavilion Health Center is a skilled nursing residence with living quarters for up to 110 residents in four distinct neighborhoods. The common areas are welcoming and designed to provide residents the opportunity to socialize with others in a home-like atmosphere. Certified Nurse's Assistants  and Registered Nurses are present around the clock and encourage social interaction. Each neighborhood team makes every effort to provide maximum comfort and enjoyment for their residents through our Life Enrichment program. All beds are Medicare certified and we are also certified for a number of  Medicaid patients.

Our on-site Clinic can become your primary care physician's office if you choose this arrangement. The Clinic Medical Director is a Geriatric Physician on Staff at Duke who comes to the Clinic one day each week for annual physicals and to see clinic patients. The Clinic is manned five days a week with nurse practitioners who can diagnose and prescribe, and an RN who can treat ailments and illnesses. The nurse will respond during office hours to emergency calls.  (The Pavilion nurses respond to all calls after clinic hours.)

If you are a patient of Croasdaile Village’s Medical Director, you can enjoy the conveniences of examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and medication orders immediately.

If you choose to keep your current physician, Clinic services include medical data collection such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Treatments based on your doctor’s orders can also be performed or monitored.
