Our upcoming Phase 4 Expansion will be a combination of multiple upgrades around the Croasdaile Village community. These upgrades will include enhancing the Homestead Lower-Level resident common areas, dining upgrades, and residential living additions, including:

37 New Park Home Apartments – These new homes will include four all-new floor plans ranging from 1500 to 2000 square feet. They will all feature two bedrooms, a den, and a patio. Underground parking will also be included to maximize green space and to allow residents to and from their cars without going outside.

21 New Cottage Homes – Our new cottages will all be single-family homes with lovely front porches overlooking open green space. We are developing three new open-concept floor plans, all ranging about 2000 square feet. They will feature two bedrooms, a den, and a two-car garage with optional upgraded loft space.

Upgraded Dining & Common Areas – This expansion will also include a new Marketplace venue, additional dining renovations, and multiple upgrades to our Village common areas.
