The Pavilion Health Center at Croasdaile Village provides expert nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs. To ensure we’re following the best practices, we work closely with Duke Health and a medical director to deliver the best possible care. The quality of our care is reflected in our 5-Star rating, the very best, from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Suites are located within four neighborhoods, each with a shared living room-style area and a designated team of nursing staff. A light and airy dining room serves up to three delicious meals a day. Room service is also available.

They may be recently discharged from the hospital and need post-acute care and rehabilitation therapy to regain strength and function. Or they may need long-term care for a chronic condition. At Croasdaile Village, we provide around-the-clock skilled nursing care on-site at our health center.

Yes. We’ll work with you to optimize individual Medicare and long-term care insurance coverage.
