All new and ready for you.
We’re pleased to announce that Phase 2 of our $70 million expansion is now complete. We’ve added new independent living residences, new assisted living residences, and a host of new and improved amenities. You’ll notice the difference the moment you walk in the door. The lobby and reception areas in the Village Commons have been renovated from floor to ceiling. In addition, we’ve added new dining venues, fitness areas, spa, auditorium and more. Take a closer look at what’s new.
Cynthia and Marvin Barnes Pub – Stop by for your morning coffee and a scone. Grab a salad and a sandwich for lunch. Or meet friends for an afternoon snack by the fireplace. Enjoy your favorite drink and watch the game at the bar. Or gather with friends to play a game of your own at one of the larger tables.
Cynthia and Marvin Barnes Café – Our new café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and features fresh bakery items, wood-fired pizzas and a rotating menu of mouthwatering selections.
Cynthia and Marvin Barnes Aquatics Center – Get in the swim in our all-new indoor heated pool. Large windows bring the outdoors in. Locker Rooms (Changing areas) are new builds completed with the new Aquatic Center. New lounge areas and a hot tub are perfect for relaxing after a workout.
David and Betsey Miller Aerobic Room – There’s plenty of room to move in this inviting new space. Yoga, cardio, strength and balance classes are just some of the ways we get you moving. In addition to group classes, you’re welcome to use the free weights or other equipment anytime.
Betty Fassett Exercise Room – Equipped with the latest strength and conditioning machines, you can work out on your own or with our fitness instructor as your guide. A garden view makes this space bright and cheerful.
Salon and Spa – Our all-new salon will keep you looking your best, while the spa offers pedicures, manicures and massage therapy.
Fassett Auditorium – With seating for 400, this beautiful new space is custom-built for concerts, lectures, meetings, dances and more. State-of-the-art equipment, large stage and a direct connection to dining make this a popular venue for big events.

Jane Joyner Library – This renovated space features a large selection of books and movies. There are tables to sit at and comfortable armchairs where you can read by the window.
Dawson Great Room – We’ve updated and upgraded this popular gathering spot. There are game tables, conversation areas, and comfortable sofas and chairs where you can sit and read or catch up with friends.
Sparks Park – This outdoor recreation area includes a picnic shelter with restrooms. There’s space for games and a walkway connects to paved trails around Boles Lake. If you’re feeling energetic, there are fitness stations along the walkway.
